The Merlion is probably Singapore's most famous landmark. This Merlion structure is located at Merlion Park, which is located in the Central Business District. There are some fascinating ethnic areas such as Little India, Arab Street, Chinatown and Geylang. These areas are definitely worth visiting if you want to experience some real Singaporean culture. Other attractions include world class museums, stunning colourful shops, Marina bay and lush parks. Besides the shopping, Singapore has great food. Being home to various ethnic groups, Singapore has created a wonderful mix of flavors and textures in their cuisine. Singapore is one of the most vibrant and modern cites in Asia with a tropical climate, with delicious food, good shopping and a vibrant night-life scene it has become one top destination on its own right.

About the destination: Ubud is a town on the Indonesian island of Bali in Ubud District, located amongst rice paddies and steep ravines in the central foothills of the Gianyar regency. Promoted as an arts and culture centre, it has developed a large tourism industry. Ubud has a population of about 30,000 people. It can be difficult for visitors to distinguish the town itself from the 13 villages that surround it. The area surrounding the town is made up of small farms, rice paddies, and dense forest.

About the destination: Sidemen is an administrative division in the Karangasem regency of Bali Province, Indonesia. Sidemen has a population of 3780 (2010 census). In the Sidemen valley, small villages are surrounded by lush rice fields and agriculture land. Sidemen is located in East Bali in the Karangasem regency. It is only a 1-hour drive from Ubud. It has tropical climate with an average temperature of 24 Degrees Celcius. The lush green and montainous landscape comes with more rain than other parts of Bali, even in the dry season.

About the destination: Canggu is a coastal village and 10 km beach on the south coast of Bali, Indonesia. It lies approximately 10 kilometers north of Kuta, and presents a much more relaxing atmosphere of dining, cultural and beach activities. The main Canggu streets are Jalan Batu Bolong, Jalan Padang Linjong, Jalan Batu Mejan and Jalan Tanah Barak. Along Jalan Batu Bolong you find the temple of the dead, Pura Merajapati, and the Pipitan Cemetery. Along the beach there are two main temples, Pura Batu Bolong and Pura Batu Mejan, which are both hundreds of years old and were initiated for building by Dang Hyang Nirartha. The Canggu area used to have scenic views of paddy fields and coconut groves but current rapid developments are quickly replacing these traditional views with private villas. Canggu has gained popularity among surfers as a longboard-friendly surf spot, one of the few on the island. Three main strips have developed for tourists - surfers and non-surfers alike. The spotlight on the area as a surf destination has been helped along by the presence of Deus Ex Machina's Bali outpost, the Deus Temple of Enthusiasm, and its annual contest that focuses on classic single fin longboarding.

About the destination: Speaking from the economic point of view, Kuta is the most important tourist area of Bali and the first to be developed. Saving the distances, we could define Kuta as the "Benidorm" of Bali. The most important area of Kuta is between Jalan Legian, Jalan Pantai Kuta (next to the beach) and Poppies Lane II. In these streets you can find shops, restaurants, pubs, hotels and much more. Following the beach in the direction of Legian (to the north) you will also find fun. Kuta is the area of Bali preferred by people who want to enjoy the nightlife of the island. The majority of visitors are Australians. Kuta Beach, with 3 kilometers of white sand, is the liveliest beach in Bali. Due to its great swell, this is the favorite of surfers who visit the island. For bathing and sunbathing, there are quieter and more beautiful beaches in Bali, such as Nusa Dua or Jimbaran, famous for its fish restaurants.
